ABOUT THE VILLA

Villa No 3 is located on the right side of the project. It is elevated, thus ensuring that every part of the house has an unobstructed views of the sea without being blocked by the villas in the front row. The design of this two-story villa is very modern, and the mix of exterior walls and glass windows makes the villa stand out from the surrounding buildings. The first floor is equipped with aluminium alloy sliding glass windows/doors and electric roller shutters, which can shade the sun or hide internal activities. Stepping into the entrance, the elevated design of the porch makes your eyes gleam. On the ground floor, there is an open space that brings together the kitchen, dining room, and living room. Beautifully tiled floors, suspended ceilings, and lighting create an artistic ambiance. The large floor-to-ceiling glass doors allow the natural light in and provide unrivalled ocean views. The sparkling swimming pool in front of the house, and the garden, with exotic flowers and plants, fill the air with the sweet fragrance of lemon and orange blossoms. There are three bedrooms on the second floor, of which the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The balcony on the second-floor view allows you to enjoy the tranquillity and leisure of the sunset. The third floor leads to the roof garden, where you can see the beautiful coastline of Paphos.
